We do not offer returns or exchanges for any products once they have been delivered, except in the case of damaged or defective items. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are here to help. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • Mandatory Proof: You must provide a clear, unedited video of the unboxing process. This video should show the sealed package being opened and clearly highlight the damage to the item.

  • Condition: The item must be in its original packaging.

3. How to Report a Problem

To initiate a claim for a damaged product, please email us at info@devmijewels.in with the following information:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. The unboxing video (as an attachment or a link).

  3. A brief description of the damage.

4. Review Process

Once we receive your email and the mandatory unboxing video, our team will review the claim. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the unboxing video is not provided or if the claim is made after the 2-day window.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

If your claim is approved, we will process your refund or ship a replacement. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 days of approval.
